once you have filled out the form, fax it to 1-240-214-6233
or snail mail it with a check made out to Molly Shearer Gabel
to: 246 East Montauk Highway
Hampton Bays, NY 11946.

2. go to PayPal
If you are not signed up with paypal, select send money (use an
instant payment type source, unless it is more than 10 days before the
event), and email the entry fee to molly@rallyparknortheast.com

All competitors and service crew members are required to sign the insurance waiver prior to the
start of the event
